加快建设服务型政府的对策研究

摘要

文章在探讨服务型政府的基本理念及要求的基础上，提出：在中国社会的新常态下要加快建设服务型政府，应迫切转变政府职能，贯彻以人为本理念。这体现在：树立正确的服务意识、树立“责任政府”理念以及规范政府绩效评估等对策方面。%In this paper, the author explained the basic ideas and requirements of service-oriented government, put forward the implementing people-oriented concept to speed up the construction of service-oriented government in the new normal in China to transform government functions, and proposed some countermeasures on establishing a correct service consciousness, establishing the responsible government concept and standardizing the government performance evaluation.
