职业能力的培养需要精细化与重复训练,将工商管理学生职业能力的培养贯穿于专业课程教学的全过程,按照PDCA管理环原理设计课程的教学流程。改革后的教学工作包括:确定职业能力培养目标,建立包含职业能力各要素在内的课程考核标准,设计包含职业能力要素的实训任务,实施精细化的训练,自我评价与小组评价,总结训练成果及存在问题,将改善方案带入下一阶段的任务及训练。通过实证研究,调查数据显示: PDCA模式下学生的职业能力各项指标测评数值高于传统模式。%Vocational ability training should be carried out by refined and repeated practices through the whole pro-cess of major course teaching. This study proposed a new model based on PDCA theory which broke the regular modes concerning key abilities such as professional spirit shaped by ideological and political works, job skills by major course teaching, comprehensive ability by replacement internship and management ability by books. After the refor-mation, the teaching works should include:targeting the training objectives, establishing standards of the professional ability in curriculum checks, designing the training tasks, implementing the refined practices, self-evaluating and group-evaluating the processes, summarizing the training results and problems, improving the program into the next phase of the task and training. Through cyclic practical training, key elements should be integrated into contents of major courses, the studentsˊvocational ability will improve stably.
