高职院校精细化管理策略研究--以中山职业技术学院为例

摘要

精细化管理是高职院校自身发展的根本要求，是提升人才培养质量的必由之路。文章以中山职业技术学院为例，通过分析该校在精细化管理中存在的问题，探索改进的策略，从而为高职院校的精细化管理提供有益的借鉴。%Delicacy management is the basic requirement of higher vocational colleges and is the only way to improve the quality of talent cultivation. This paper takes Zhongshan Polytechnic as an example and analyzes the problems in delicacy management to further explore a better strategy and to serve as a useful reference of delicacy management of higher vocational colleges.
