弱黏结性煤制备型焦的配煤方案研究

摘要

通过对不同配煤方案下炼制的型焦进行质量检测，研究了弱黏结性的贫瘦煤配入炼焦煤种和粘结剂制备型焦的最佳配煤方案，即70％的贫瘦煤配入15％的1/3焦煤、10％的焦煤和5％的沥青。在此方案下炼制出的型焦各项指标分别为：灰分11.47％，硫分0.47％，挥发分1.16％，抗碎强度86.60％，耐磨强度3.24％，反应性27.9%，反应后强度57.6%，各项指标均符合国家一级冶金焦的要求。%This paper discuss the means of coal blending to produce briquetted coke by mainly using mea-ger-lean coal which is blended with coking coal species and bitumen. We get the best coal blending by testing the quality of briquetted coke, it was 70%meager-lean coal blended with the proportion of 15%one third cok-ing coal,10%coking coal and 5%bitumen. The indications of briquetted coke respectively were:11.47%ash content,0.47% sulfur content,1.16% volatile matter,86.60% crushing strength, 3.24% abrasion strength, 27.9%reactivity, 57.6%strength after reaction. the briquetted coke achieve the requirements of national level of the first class metallurgical coke.
