气相色谱法测定植物油中5种有机磷农残

摘要

通过分析对比3种植物油的预处理方式,优化检测条件,建立测定植物油中的5种有机磷农药的气相色谱方法.结果显示:精密度RSD在2.72%~2.90%之间,最低检出限为2μg/kg,除毒死蜱外,其它4种农药的回收率均在73.88%~97.67%之间.利用本方法对丽水本地4种自榨油进行了测定,结果令人满意.%In this paper,a method for the determination of 5 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetable oil by GC-NPD was established by analyzing and comparing 3 vegetable oil pretreatment methods and optimizing determination conditions. The results showed:the RSD was in the range of 2.72%-2.90%;the LOD (limit of detection) was 2μg/kg;except chlorpyrifos, the recoveries for other 4 pesticides were in the range of 73.88%-97.67%. Four kinds of local vegetable oil produced in Lishui was determined by this method and the results were satisfying.
