氧化铁掺杂TiO2和TiO2/SiO2的Raman光谱

摘要

采用Sol-Gel法制备氧化铁掺杂TiO2和TiO32/SiO2纳米粒子及在玻璃表面的涂膜,并用Raman光谱研究氧化铁含量对TiO2和TiO2/SiO2结构的影响.该产物对水和大气中的有机污染物有催化降解作用.%Nanosized titania and titanosilicate modified with iron oxide were prepared andsmeared on a sheet of glass by sol-gel technique. They can be used as photocatalyst for degrada-tion of organic pollutants in air or water. Raman spectroscopy was used toexamine the effectsof increasing amount of iron oxide on the structure of these materials.
