一种简单的在线拉曼光谱spike剔除方法

     

摘要

As a fingerprint of substance, Raman spectroscopy has become a good solution for online monitoring and been widely used in chemical industry and biological engineering. However, online Raman monitoring is easily disturbed by cosmic rays which lead to sharp and narrow cosmic spikes in the Raman spectra. These spikes can pollute or even distort the normal Raman signals. A simple spike removal algorithm based on moving window correlation analysis,absolute residual spectrum analysis and local linear approximation is proposed. The algorithm is proved to be simple and effective and can be used in online application.%拉曼光谱体现了物质中不同分子基团的振动情况,可以精确地进行物质的定性和定量分析.凭借着这样的优势,拉曼光谱技术已经成功应用在化工生产、管道传输、生化反应监测等工业在线分析领域.然而,在线拉曼分析很容易受到宇宙射线的干扰.宇宙射线在拉曼谱图上体现为一系列峰宽较窄的尖锐的峰,也被称为spike.这些spike使待测物质的拉曼谱图严重变形,无法获取正常的待测物质的属性信息.为了去除在线拉曼谱图中的spike,本文提出了一种简单的基于滑动窗口相关分析,残差谱图分析和局部线性拟合的spike剔除算法.本算法能够有效检出不同强度的spike并对受spike破坏的拉曼谱图进行修复.本算法概念清晰、实现简单,可以满足在线拉曼分析稳健快速的要求.
