M n 掺杂 Bi2Sr2CaCu2O 8+δ粉体的结构及电学性能

         

摘要

采用Pechini型溶胶‐凝胶法制备了Bi2 Sr2 Ca(Cu1- x Mnx )2 O8+δ(x=0、00.1、00.2、00.3)多晶粉体,研究了Mn掺杂对Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ(简称为Bi2212)相的结构和电学性能的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT‐IR)对Bi2212相进行结构分析,利用标准四引线法分析了电阻随温度的变化情况,分析 M n掺杂对Bi2212相电学性能的影响。结果表明,M n元素进入了超导相晶格中,并引起晶格常数发生变化,M n掺杂使Bi2212相超导转变温度降低了11 K。%TheBi2Sr2Ca(Cu1 - xMnx)2O8+ δ(x=0,00.1,00.2,00.3)polycrystallinepowdersweresynthesizedbyPechinitype sol‐gel method .The changes in structure and electrical properties of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+ δ(abbrev .Bi2212) after Mn doping were investigated .X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FT‐IR) were employed to investigate the structural change of the samples .Conventional four‐probe method was used to study the electrical properties of samples .The results show that no second‐phase diffraction peaks were detected except Bi2212 peaks .The lattice parameters of Bi2212 crystalline were changing with different Mn doping concentration .And the superconducting transition temperature of Bi2212 phase was decreased by about 11 K due to the Mn element introduction into Bi2212 lattice .
