The multiple linear regression model was established in the base of related theory of employee satisfaction and job performance ,designing questionnaire and pre-testing for it ,using one-way ANOVA to examine individual differences and analyzing the correlation with the samples of employees in F petrochemical enterprise ,to research the relationship between employee satisfaction and job performance .The results showed that educational variables had significant influence on job itself , colleagues ,promotion ,salary satisfaction and job performance ,and a significant positive correlation was observed between five dimensions of satisfaction and two dimensions of job performance .%在研究员工满意度和工作绩效相关理论的基础上,以F石化企业的员工为研究样本,设计调查问卷并进行问卷的预测试,运用单因素方差分析检验了个体的差异性,通过相关分析和建立多元线性回归方程,对F石化企业的员工满意度和工作绩效关系进行了实证分析.研究结果表明,学历对工作本身满意度、同事满意度、晋升满意度、薪酬满意度以及工作绩效有显著影响,满意度五维度与工作绩效二维度之间呈显著的正相关关系.
