加强高校领导班子建设推进高等教育事业科学发展

摘要

高校领导班子是高校改革发展的领导者、组织者和推动者。当前我国高等教育事业进入了一个快速发展的重要战略机遇期,同时也面临着与经济社会发展的不协调,与人民群众的新期待不同步等诸多矛盾。要想把握住战略机遇,化解突出矛盾,就必须以改革创新精神不断加强高校领导班子建设,推进高等教育事业科学发展。%The leading group is considered to be the leaders, organizers and promoters of the reform and development in colleges and universities. The current rapid development of higher education in China has entered into a period of important strategic opportunities, but is being faced with no coordination with the economic and social development and no synchronizing the new expectations of the people, etc. In order to seize strategic opportunities and solve problems, it must be in a spirit of reform and innovation to constantly strengthen the construction of leading groups, and promote the scientific development of higher education.
