基于工作过程的《民航旅客运输》课程考核评价方案设计

The implementation of assessment scheme for both teachers and students play a crucial role in teaching, especially more important for the practical courses, such as “civil aviation passenger transporta-tion” . The teacher plays a leading role but also plays the role of an organizer in a class. The implementa-tion of “TP (Target Plan) -EC (Execution Control) -CT (Checking and Tutoring) -TA (Tracking and Action)” assessment method will be a powerful guarantee of teaching quality.%考核评价方案的实施无论对于教师教学还是学生学习都具有至关重要的作用，尤其对于实践性较强的《民航旅客运输》课程来说更加重要。教师在教学中扮演教学主导的角色同时也扮演着组织管理者的角色，在教学的考核中实施“TP （Target Plan）目标计划-EC （Execution Control）执行控制-CT （Checking and Tutoring）检查辅导-TA （Tracking and Action）追踪处理”的方法将会有力的保证教学的效果。
