立德树人促进高职学生职业素养提升

摘要

On the basis of the professional ethics survey for part of the vocational college students and the research of 36 companies on the students' evaluation and ethical requirements, it emphasizes the fundamen-tal human tree with strengthening morality education, improving vocational college students' professional quality developing education. The article presents the specific occupational education policies under the concept of school-enterprise cooperation.%在对渤海船舶职业学院部分在校高职学生进行职业道德水平现状调查及36家企业对高职学生职业道德评价与要求调研的基础上，强调了以立德树人为根本，加强高职学生职业素养养成教育。提出了在校企合作办学理念下，具体的职业素养教育策略。
