交通事故认定浅析

摘要

本文以实际交通事故为例，阐述了交通事故认定中的事故再现的运算方法。通过对一维碰撞、二维碰撞、碰撞类型分析及碰撞轨迹的分析，准确的对交通事故类型及结果进行分析和责任认定。%〔Abstract〕 This article based on the actual traffic accident as an example, explains the operation method of reproducing the ascertainment of the accident. Through the analysis of the one-dimensional, two-dimen-sional collision type analysis and collision trajectory, accurately identify the type and the results of analysis and the responsibility of traffic accident.
