Community Rehabilitation of our country is a young career with only 13-year-old pilot since 2003. Everything is still in its infancy. As the core of Community Rehabilitation career development, community rehabilitation team, despite growing rapidly, due to careless employment, low salary, lack of occupational security and facilities and irregular management and training, is far away from the requirements of regularity, specialization and professionalism put forward by the fourth plenary session of 18th CPC. It is an urgent task to promote standard construction of community rehabilitation team. At present, to achieve this goal, efforts should be paid to team image, organization and structure, personnel employment, team management, training and studying, and vocational protection.%社区矫正在我国是一项年轻的事业,自2003年试点至今才13年历史,一切尚处于初创阶段.社区矫正矫正队伍作为社区矫正事业发展核心,尽管得到迅速壮大,但由于招录用人随意、薪酬待遇偏低、职业保障欠缺、工作设施缺乏、管理培训不规范等原因,队伍"杂化"和"散化"现象较为严重,与十八届四中全会提出"推进法治专门队伍正规化、专业化、职业化"的要求相距甚远,推进社区矫正队伍正规化建设的任务紧迫繁重.当前,社区矫正队伍正规化建设应在队伍形象、组织机构、人员招录、队伍管理、培训学习、职业保障等六个方面加大力度.
