党校是学习、研究、宣传中国特色社会主义理论体系主要内容的重要阵地。在全面建成小康社会与努力实现“中国梦”的新形势下，高校党校建设进入了新的发展时机，同时也面临新的发展困境。本文以辽宁省普通本科高校为例，结合高校党校建设特点，以调查问卷的形式对26所省属普通本科院校党校建设现状进行调研。通过调研，发现省属高校党校建设在思想认识、教育内容、教育形式、师资建设与管理体制等方面存在一些问题。为了提高高校党校建设科学化水平，增强党校建设实效性，需要不断提高思想认识，改革教育内容，丰富教育形式，完善管理体制，加强师资建设，更好地促进高校党校建设，为党校工作的深入开展提供理论依据和实践参考。%T he party school ,a significant base for the study ,research and dissemination of the core content of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics ,enters a new era under the new circumstances of build‐ing a comprehensive well‐off society and endeavoring to build the Chinese Dream ,which brings both new opportunities and new difficulties .Based on a survey of party schools in 26 provincial‐level colleges and u‐niversities in Liaoning ,this paper identifies several challenges in the construction of party schools in these colleges and universities ,including ideological understanding ,contents of education ,form of education , teaching staff construction and management system .To add scientific dimension to these party schools and improve their effectiveness ,it is necessary to improve ideological understanding ,reform contents of educa‐tion ,enrich the forms of education ,update the management system and strengthen teaching staff construc‐tion so as to achieve better results in the construction of party schools and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for further development .
