信息不对称条件下的校企合作办学模式探究

The college-enterprise cooperation is an important model of talents＇ training in higher vocational colleges, which can effectively prevent enterprise from selecting adversely for talents＇ requirement under the condition of asymmetric information. In this model, the win-win interests is the foundation of the cooperation of both sides. Colleges and enterprise select cooperation partners by signals transmission and discriminate, and design incentive mechanism to ensure bilateral long-term cooperation.%校企合作是高职院校人才培养重要模式，该模式能有效防止信息不对称条件下企业对人才需求的逆向选择。该模式中，互利共赢是双方合作的基础，校企之间通过信号传递和甄别选择合作对象，设计激励机制．保证双方的长久合作。
