适应区域经济的高职人才培养模式研究与实践——以高职计算机专业为例

摘要

As the rapid development of information industry in our country,the requirment of computer talents for society becomes more and more.Liaoning province is no exception.In order to cultivat higher vocational talents in computer major for adapting to the demand of economic development in Liaoning province,higher vocationaa colleges should establish and perfect module talents＇training teaching mode,and implement talents＇training teaching mode with the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.It should develop its order mode under regional economic environment to construct the practical training mode of ＂post-task＂.%随着我国信息产业的快速发展，社会对计算机人才的需要日益增加，辽宁省也不例外。为培养适应辽宁省经济发展需要的高职计算机专业人才，高职院校要确立和完善“模块式”的人才培养教学模式，实施校企合作的人才培养教学模式，区域经济环境下开展“订单式”人才培养教育模式，建立“岗位一任务”的实践训练模式。
