坚持“两全”育人模式 实施“32175”素质拓展工程——关于抚顺职业技术学院全面提高五年制高职学生综合素质的实践探索

抚顺职业技术学院五年制高职部坚持＂两全＂（全员参与、全程管理）育人模式,实施＂32175＂素质拓展工程,即抓好3个建设、夯实2个基础、突出1个主题、凝练7个养成内容、搭建5个载体平台,历经10年,不断摸索、大胆创新,五年制高职学生综合素质得到全面提高,开创了学生思想政治教育新局面。%Five-year higher vocational basic department in Fushun Vocational Technology Institute sticks to "two-whole" educating mode,and implements "32175" quality expanded project,which means grasping three constructions,dealing with two bases,standing out one theme,concentrating on seven contents,and establishing five carriers platforms.Through ten-year exploration and innovation,five-year higher vocational students' comprehensive quality achieves full increase,which develops the new situation of students' ideological and political education.
