干式磁选机精矿浓度控制系统设计

     

摘要

D ry m agnetic separator is the im portant equipm ent for m agnetic device in m ining m achinery industry. It is w idely applied in the general industry of m agnetic separation. H ow ever, it is not easy to distinguish ore concentration, and industrial sensor for detecting iron content is m ostly in the pulp state, so it becom es the bottleneck of restricting the developm ent of dry m agnetic separator in suspension type for the m isjudgm ent of iron concentration in dry m agnetic separator. Therefore, this design considers how to detect iron concentration and how to m ake the corresponding changes for separation velocity according to iron concentration. Through analyzing the condition of iron content in m ost iron ore, it designs one device of detecting iron content. A ccording to the detecting result, it can adopt intelligent optim al setting m odel, PLC control system and frequency converter drive system to realize the optim ization control for the grade of concentrate and tailings grade.%  干式磁选机是矿山机械行业磁选设备中的重要设备,在磁铁矿选别等一般工业上得到了广泛的应用。但由于精矿浓度不好判别,且工业上用于检测铁矿含铁量的传感器大多是在矿浆状态下进行的,这样干式磁选机的含铁浓度的无法判别就成了制约悬浮式干式磁选机发展的瓶颈。因此本设计考虑如何检测含铁浓度以及如何根据含铁浓度对分选速度做相应的变换。通过分析大部分铁矿含铁量的情况,设计一种检测含铁量的装置,并根据检测结果采用智能优化设定模型、PLC 控制系统和变频器驱动系统实现其精矿品位、尾矿品位的优化控制。
