高职现代服务业典型专业人才培养模式构建策略

摘要

Talents' training m ode is the focus of higher vocational education, as w ell as the com prehensive usage and w hole optim ized form of talents' training resource. Talents' training m ode m ainly includes the m utual connecting elem ents of m ajor setting, teaching design, curriculum m ode, and educational m ethod. Talents' training m ode in higher vocational colleges should start from talents' training goal of higher vocational education. It should w ork out feasible im plem enting m ethod according to a series of links, including m ajor setting, cultivating form , teaching reform , teaching staff's optim ization, process control and evaluation. It can carry out the w hole optim ization to achieve the best effect.%　　人才培养模式是高职教育关注的重点，是人才培养资源的综合利用和整体优化方式。人才培养模式主要包括专业设置、教学设计、课程模式、教育方法等相互关联的要素。高职院校的人才培养模式要以高职教育人才培养目标为出发点，从专业设置、培养方式、教学改革、教师队伍优化和过程控制及评价等一系列环节着手制定出切合实际的实施办法，并进行整体优化，从而达到最佳效果。
