借力特色项目提升学生核心竞争力

To enhance the core com petition of higher vocational students, it is the m ission of higher vocational colleges to becom e the dom inant groups in the labor m arket. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should accord w ith the developing condition of society, econom y and science as w ell as the m arket layout of hum an resources. It should consider m any factors of colleges' source of students and regional environm ent to create featured projects so as to prom ote students' core com petition.%　　提升高职学生核心竞争力，使其真正成为劳动力市场的优势群体，是高职院校使命所在。因此，高职院校应根据社会、经济、科技发展状况和人力资源市场布局，考虑学校自身生源群体条件、区位环境等诸多因素，打造特色项目，来提升学生核心竞争力。
