“2+0.5+0.5”模式下校内实训基地的建设

摘要

现在多数高职院校普遍采用“2+0.5+0.5”的人才培养模式，即两年理论教学加半年校内专业综合实训再加半年校外工厂顶岗工作。校内实训基地要发挥一定的功能，其建设就要坚持一定原则。校内实训基地建设要制定科学、全面、合理和具有可操作性并形成规范的实训教学体系，实训基地建设方案的实施要有强有力的保障措施，同时要加强实训基地的仿真模拟建设。%　　Now many higher vocational colleges generally adopt talents' training mode of "2+0.5+0.5", which is two-year theory teaching and half-year professional com prehensive practical training inside colleges plus half-year Dinggang internship outside factories. Practical training bases inside colleges should play certain role. Their construction should adhere to certain principles. The construction of practical training bases inside colleges should be scientific, over-all, reasonable and operative to form regulated practical training system . The implementation of constructing scheme for practical training bases should have strong guarantee measures. At the sametime, it should strengthen the sim ulated construction of practical training bases.
