高职应对企业信息化的信息素养培养模式研究

摘要

A long w ith the increasingly advance of inform atization construction, the requirem ent of em ployees' inform ation literacy is higher and higher for enterprises. H igher vocational colleges should em phasize students' cultivation of inform ation literacy, changing the existing present condition, such as the backw ard training aw areness, single m ode, lack of com plete and clear training objective plan, and lack of aw areness w ith the penetration to professional ability training. It should establish one higher vocational training m ode of inform ation literacy including com m on sense education w ith dim ensioned, m ulti-leveled, m ulti-form ed, and continuous elective courses and the specialized courses.%　　随着信息化建设的日益推进，企业对员工的信息素养的要求也越来越高。高职院校应重视学生信息素养的培养，改变目前存在的培养意识落后、模式单一、缺乏完整明确的培养目标计划、缺乏与专业能力培养相渗透的意识等问题的现状，建立一个包含通识教育、选修课、专业课层次的立体型多层次、多形式、持续贯通的高职信息素养培养模式。
