高职学生职业素养提升的思政课考评机制研究

         

摘要

职业素养呈现出的是一个人在职业活动中的表现,是职业人应该遵守的行为规范,职业素养对人的职业活动的成败起着至关重要的作用。高职学生良好的职业素养是提高学生就业竞争力的关键。从高职生职业素养培育入手,分析思政课教学在高职生职业素养培育中作用的现状;阐述了用中国特色社会主义教育贯穿高校思政课教学中;探讨高职学生职业素养提升的思政课改革必要性;着重对高职学生职业素养提升的思政课考评机制进行了有效的探索与实践。%Professional attainment is the performance of a person in his vocational activities, is the conduct norm one should abide by, and it plays an important role in deciding his success or failure. Good professional attainment of higher vocational students is the key to improving student employment competitiveness. The paper analyzes the status quo of ideological and political course in training student professional attainment; elaborates the connection of socialism education with Chinese characteristics with the course teaching; discusses the necessity of reforming the course and effectively explores and practices the course evaluation mechanism of higher vocational student professional attainment promotion.
