对高等职业教育教学改革现存问题的分析

         

摘要

At present, the teaching reform of higher vocational education is in development stage, how to change? What to change? Now there are still no answers. Through the questionnaire survey of students after the curriculum reform, at the same time it investigates the industries and enterprises and analyzes the related literature review. It finds that the current higher vocational education teaching reform has many problems, which are divided into six aspects: self-positioning is not accurate, professional characteristics are not prominent; major setting disconnects from social needs, graduate employment is hard; class changes blindly, teachers' ability is limited, the teaching quality is not high; practical curriculum proportion is not high, skill training is difficult to achieve; and college-enterprise cooperation mechanism has not been really implemented.%目前,高等职业教育正处在教学改革发展阶段,怎样改?改什么?现在仍无标准答案。通过对课改后的在校生进行问卷调查,同时赴行业企业调研以及结合查阅相关文献资料进行了分析总结,发现目前高等职业教育教学改革存在诸多问题,归纳为六方面:自我定位不准确,职业特点不突出;专业设置与社会需求脱节,毕业生无处就业;盲目课改,不见成效;教师能力有限,教学质量不高;实践课程设置比例不高,技能培养难以实现;校企合作机制尚未真正落实。
