高职院校开展社会职业培训有效途径的探究

职业培训是高职院校社会服务能力的重要体现，高职院校应依照社会职业培训的原则，通过明确职业培训的市场定位、建立健全培训机构及培训制度，有效利用优质的教育教学资源，积极争取政府政策支持，建立合理的职业培训人才培养模式等职业培训有效途径，积极探索多层次、多形式、多规格的社会职业培训，满足劳动力市场的迫切需要，提高高职院校的影响力和辐射力，促进高职院校社会职业培训工作持续健康发展。%O ccupation training is an im portant m anifestation of social serving abilities in higher vocational colleges. H igher vocational colleges should be in accordance w ith the principle of social occupation training, through a clear m arket positioning, establishing the sound occupation training institutions and training system , it m akes effective use of high-quality educational resources, actively strives for governm ent policy support, establishes the reasonable occupational training cultivation m ode, and actively explores the m ulti-level, m ulti-form , and m ulti-standard social occupation training.
