高职生顶岗实习期间产生的心理问题及疏导对策

Post practice is an important and essential teaching part in vocational colleges. During students’ post practice, psychological problems often come about due to the pressure caused by different environments and management styles. Teachers should offer guidance on the psychological problems students may come across before their post practice, counsel the students during their post practice and lead them to make a good summary after their post practice so as to help students to improve their adaptability to work.%顶岗实习是高职院校对高职生教育教学不可缺少的重要环节，由于学校环境与企业环境不同、管理方式不同，高职生往往不能适应企业的要求，容易产生一些心理问题，作为学校要根据学生可能产生的心理问题做好实习前的辅导，在实习中产生的心理问题及时给予疏导，实习结束后引导学生做好总结，帮助学生提高职场适应能力。
