论大学生志愿精神培育问题

摘要

Volunteerism is reflected in the volunteers, the intrinsic ethos of volunteerism among actions. College students as subjects spread the spirit of volunteerism, both in foster volunteerism to meet the opportunities and challenges, analyze the causes and proposed countermeasures college students to cultivate the spirit of volunteerism to better guide the students to promote volunteerism in the new situation, the stage in the volunteer service realize the value and significance of the university to serve the community.%志愿精神是体现在志愿者、志愿服务行动之中的内在精神特质。大学生作为传播志愿精神的主体，在志愿精神培育上既迎接机遇又面临挑战，分析大学生志愿精神培育过程中面临挑战的成因并提出对策。有利于更好地引导大学生在新形势下弘扬志愿精神，在志愿服务的舞台上实现了大学服务社会的价值和意义。
