In the criminal proceedings,investigators should search for the evidence traps of the cases from excluding the suspect,paying attention to perjury,black evidence,solitary evidence and incomplete evidence and avoiding evidence perplexing;review the evidence from the dimension of thinking through forward thinking,multi thinking,reversed thinking and directional thinking to crack doubtful cases,injustices,false cases and erroneous cases;control standards of evidence and rehearsals of evidence from the norms of evidence and collection of evidence,paying attention to find the evidence in favor of the defendant from the blind zone of the evidence collection,exclude the reasonable doubt evidence from the negative misunderstanding of legal reality and select probative evidence from the judicial zone regardless of the cost.%在刑事诉讼中,办案人员要从排疑的揣度上搜寻案件中的证据陷阱,注意发现伪证、黑证、孤证、残证,避免证据困惑;从思辨的向度上审查证据,通过正向思辨、多向思辨、逆向思辨、定向思辨来破解疑案、冤案、假案、错案;从证据规范和证据收集的维度上把控证据标准和采排证据,注意从证据采集的盲区中寻找有利于被告人的证据、从法律真实中的负面误区中排除合理怀疑的证据、从不计成本的司法特区中选定富含证明价值的证据。
