With her own life as the bottom root novels, Ling Shuhua wrote women’s struggle and growth in the change of times.There were three different age levels of women in her novels, including women in the old age, women in the interlayer of old and new culture, and women in the new era. Her novel recorded women’s life condition in the change of times.
