基于调查研究的特殊教育专业综合改革的实践探索

摘要

The study of literature and survey shows t hat special education teachers' professional level needs to be improved , the composite teachers should be trained , and the number of professional special education teachers should be increased . As a matter of fact , this paper explores the government support services , the service collaborative and training integration strategy by the comprehensive reform of special education specialty .%通过文献和调查研究，发现特殊教育师资队伍存在有待提高教师专业水平、增加特殊教育专业的师资数量、培养复合型专业师资的需求。文章就特殊教育专业开展了综合改革实践研究，提出了政府服务支持式、高校服务协同式、培养培训融合式的改革策略。
