腹腔镜阑尾切除术后并发症的分析及预防

摘要

目的:探讨急性阑尾炎腹腔镜阑尾切除术（laparoscopic appendectomy,LA）术后切口感染和腹腔脓肿形成的原因及防治方法.方法:回顾分析为128例急性阑尾炎患者施行急诊LA的临床资料.结果:LA术后切口感染5例,感染率3.90％,腹腔脓肿4例,发生率3.12％.结论:随着腹腔镜技术的不断改进,尽量保证阑尾创面干净清洁,可有效地控制切口感染和腹腔脓肿的形成.%Objective: To evaluate the reason, prevention and treatment of incision infection and abdominal abscess after laparo-scopic appendectomy (LA) for acute appendicitis. Methods:The clinical data of 128 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent e-mergency LA were retrospectively analyzed. Results: After LA,incision infection was found in 5 cases,the infection rate was 3. 90% , abdominal abscess occurred in 4 patients (3. 12% ). Conclusions: As the improvement of LA technology, the incision pollution can be effectively avoided. Clean incision can reduce the risk of incision infection and abdominal abscess formation.
