Objective: To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic ventriculoperitoneal shunt in treatment of hydrocephalus,and sunmary the reasons and measures of preventing the complications. Methods :The clinical data of 60 cases of hydrocephalus treated by laparoscopic ventriculoperitoneal shunt were retrospectively reviewed. Results: No patients died during operation and clinical symptoms of 40 cases significantly improved compared with the preoperative. There were 14 cases(23.3％ )got postoperative complications.There were 6 cases with the obstruction of the catheter,4 cases with infection ,4 cases with subdural hygroma. Conclusions:Strictly surgical indications, careful perioperative preparation, the appropriate shunt tube, strict aseptic technique, especially completely laparoscopic abdominal surgery, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.%目的:探讨腹腔镜脑室腹膜分流术治疗脑积水的临床应用价值,总结并发症发生的原因及预防措施.方法:回顾分析60例患者行腹腔镜脑室腹膜分流术的临床资料.结果:60例患者无一例手术死亡,40例术后临床症状较术前明显改善,14例发生并发症,发生率约23.3%,其中分流管梗阻6例,感染4例,硬膜下积液4例.结论:严格掌握手术指征,围手术期精心的准备,选择合适的分流管,严格无菌操作,特别是腹腔镜下完成腹部手术,可有效减少并发症的发生.
