Objective:To investigate the application value of ureteral catheter technique in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods :Comparative study was made on 87 cases ( ureteral intubation directed by cystoscope before operation) and 71 eases ( no ureteral intubation) in 158 cases with laparoscopic hysterectomy. Results:No ureteral damage was found in patients with ureteral intubation. Ureteral damage was found in 5 cases without ureteral intubation. Of them,one was found and repaired during the operation. 4 cases had ureter fistula after operation and underwent a second operation. Conclusions :The ureteral catheter technique is easy to master, effective and worthy of popularization in gynecology laparoscopic surgery.%目的:探讨输尿管导管技术在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中的应用价值.方法:回顾分析158例腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的临床资料.其中87例术前于膀胱镜引导下行双侧输尿管插管,71例未插管.结果:87例输尿管插管患者无一例发生输尿管损伤.未插管组5例发生输尿管损伤,1例术中发现损伤,用3-0可吸收线间断缝合破口,术后留置双J管,3个月后取出,愈合好;4例术后发现输尿管瘘,均二次手术.结论:输尿管导管技术容易掌握,效果显著,值得在妇科腹腔镜手术中广泛推广.
