Objective;To study the feasibility of partial cholecystectomy with laparoscope and choledochoscope in treatment of gallbladder deformity. Methods;From Apr. 2008 to Dec.2010,14 patients with gallbladder deformity underwent partial cholecystectomy using laparoscope and choledochoscope. Clinical data was collected and retrospectively analyzed. Results; All surgeries were performed successfully without bile leakage. The operative time was 90-130 min (110 ± 15) min. All patients were discharged 7 days after operation. Postoperative function of gallbladder was better than preoperatively. Conclusions: Partial cholecystectomy with laparoscope and choledochoscope is an effective treatment for gallbladder deformity, and is important for protection of gallbladder and its function.%目的:探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆囊部分切除术治疗胆囊畸形的可行性.方法:回顾分析2008年4月至2010年12月为14例胆囊畸形患者行腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆囊部分切除术的临床资料.结果:14例手术均获成功,手术时间平均(110±15) min;无胆漏发生,术后7天患者痊愈出院.随访6～38个月,术后胆囊收缩功能明显好转.结论:腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆囊部分切除术是治疗胆囊畸形的有效方法,对保护胆囊及胆囊功能有重要意义.
