腹腔镜技术在普通外科临床教学中的应用体会

摘要

目的:分析腹腔镜技术在普通外科临床教学中的应用价值.方法:选择2016级64名临床专业规培医师作为研究对象,设为实验组,应用腹腔镜技术的教学方法进行教学,另筛选出2016级64名临床专业规培医师作为对照研究对象,设为对照组,应用传统教学方法进行教学,对比两种教学方法的应用效果.结果:实验组医师培训后理论知识考核成绩与临床技能综合水平考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);对照组教学满意度为82.8%,实验组为95.3%,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:腹腔镜技术在普通外科临床教学中具有较高的应用价值,有助于提升临床专业规培医师的理论知识掌握程度、临床技能综合水平及对教学方法的满意度,值得推行.%Objective:To investigate the application value of laparoscopic technique in clinical teaching of general surgery . Methods:Sixty－four clinical professional physicians in grade 2016 were selected as the experimental group ,the teaching methods based on laparoscopic techniques were used for teaching.The other 64 clinical professional physicians in the same grade were screened ,they used the traditional teaching method as control group.The application effects of the two teaching methods were compared.Results:In the experimental group,the scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The teaching satisfaction was 82.8% in the control group and 95.3% in the experimental group ,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic technique can play an important role in general clinical teaching,can help to improve the degree of theoretical knowledge of clinical professional trainees ,the comprehensive level of clinical skills and the satisfaction of teaching methods.It is worth implementing.
