基于UG的离心叶轮轴面流道绘制软件开发

         

摘要

以UG作为二次开发平台,采用UG/Open API、Menscrip和MFC联合开发方法,研究基于离心泵一元理论设计的轴面流道的绘制方法.利用MFC开发工具完成对话框的设计并生成程序设计框架,在程序框架中编写叶轮基本尺寸计算程序;建立样板模型并添加几何约束和尺寸约束,通过修改相应参数完成轴面流道的绘制;最后根据几何关系,分内切圆与两直线相切、内切圆与两圆弧相切、内切圆与圆弧直线相切3种情况,计算轴面流道过水断面面积、内切圆圆心和半径等参数,绘制内切圆和过水断面面积沿流道中线变化曲线,完成轴面流道过水断面变化情况检查.文章提出样板模型的约束设置方法,实现了轴面流道的绘制,为开发二维水力设计和三维造型集于一体的软件打下了基础.%Taking UG as a secondary development platform, and using UG/Open API, Menscrip and MFC united development methods, a drawing method of meridian flow passage was investigated based on one-dimensional design theory. First, the dialog boxes and programming frameworks were created with MFC tools, and calculation programs of basic impeller dimension were written in the programming framework. Then, a sample model was set up and geometric constraint and dimension constraint were added. The drawing of meridian flow passage was completed by modifying corresponding parameters. Finally, the variation of cross-section area of meridian flow passage, center and radius of inscribed circle were calculated for following three cases: 1) inscribed circle being tangential to two straight lines, 2) inscribed circle being tangential to two ares, and 3) inscribed circle being tangential to arc and straight line. Thus, the variation of inscribed circles and the sectional areas of flow along the flow passage were plotted and the variation of flow sectional areas of meridian flow passage was checked. In this paper, a constraint setting method was presented for the sample model to plot the meridian flow passage and lay a foundation of developing an integrated software of two-dimensional hydraulic design with three-dimensional modeling.
