快速原型的焊接电流波形控制实现

         

摘要

A rapid prototyping control system for welding current waveform of MIG was developed by using Mat-lab/Simulink based on the xPC target real-time environment Multiple Welding current waveforms could smartly be designed and the electric signals and vision signals could also be acquired synchronously and in real-time with this system to sense, observe, and control the welding process. The pulse current waveform, median-pulse current waveform, and double-pulse current waveform were designed by using the developed welding current waveform rapid prototyping control system. On this basis, the technology tests were carried out with the designed current waveform. Their results showed that many kinds of current waveforms could be designed with the developed control system and good weld formation could also be obtained In addition, the developed control system exhibited advantages of good anti-interference performance and steady-state precision. The welding process was stable and the weld formation was fine, also.%采用xPC实时目标环境,运用Matlab/Simulink工具开发MIG焊电流波形快速原型控制系统,该系统可以灵活开发多种焊接电流波形,能够实现焊接电流、电压信号及视觉信号的同步采集、实时显示和存储功能,利用开发的电流波形快速原型控制系统分别设计脉冲、中值脉冲及双脉冲的电流波形并进行工艺试验.结果表明:开发的电流波形快速原型控制系统能够实现多种焊接电流波形的设计,具有良好的抗干扰性能和稳态精度,焊接过程稳定且焊缝成形良好,并具有实时快速调整的优点.
