Objective To observe the effects of analgesia, anti-inflammation and hemostasia of co-Longmalu tablet. Methods In accordance with acetic acid ulcers after modeling, the animals were randomly divided into six groups: model group, Longmalu stomach group, bismuth potassium citrate group, co-Longmalu composite low, medium and high dose group. They were administrated; their ulcer area was observed; their gastric acid and pepsin were measured and compared with those of the control group. Results Co-Longmalu tablet could inhibit the area of the gastric ulcer, the gastric acid and the production of the pepsin. Conclusion Co-Longmalu tablet has significant healing-up effects on the gastric ulcer, analgesia, anti-inflammation and hemostasia of the experimental rats.%目的 观察复合陇马陆片对胃溃疡动物模型溃疡愈合的影响.方法 按照冰乙酸溃疡方法造模后将动物随机分为6组:模型组、陇马陆胃药组、枸橼酸铋钾组,复合陇马陆片低、中、高剂量组,给药,观察溃疡面积,测定大鼠胃液、胃酸、胃蛋白酶,并与对照组比较.结果 复合陇马陆片能抑制大鼠冰乙酸胃溃疡模型的溃疡面积,抑制胃液、胃酸、胃蛋白酶产生.结论 复合陇马陆片具有一定促进大鼠胃溃疡愈合和抑制胃液、胃酸、胃蛋白酶产生的作用.
