Pentacam三维眼前节分析系统在激光周边虹膜切开术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of Pentacam three-dimensional anterior segment analysis system in treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma with Nd:YAG laser peripheral iridectomy.Methods 62 patients (105 eyes) of primary angle closure glaucoma were treated with Nd:YAG laser peripheral iridectomy.Pentacam three-dimensional anterior segment analysis system was used to measure anterior chamber parameters (central anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber volume and minimum opening angle of anterior chamber angle) before and 1 week,1 month,and 1 year after Nd:YAG laser peripheral iridectomy.The changes of anterior chamber parameters were observed and analyzed before and after operation.Results 62 patients (105 eyes) of primary angle closure glaucoma were treated with laser peripheral iridectomy.The difference was not statistically significant in central anterior chamber depth before and after treatment (P > 0.05).The anterior chamber volume after operation was increased significantly compared with before treatment (P < 0.01).The change of minimum opening angle of anterior chamber angle was not statistically significant before and after treatment (P > 0.05).Conclusion Pentacam three-dimensional anterior segment system can clearly show the changes of structure of anterior segment before and after laser treatment,can reflect the changes of anterior chamber parameters qualitatively and quantitatively,and can detect the potential risk of angle closure glaucoma early.%目的 评价Pentacam三维眼前节分析系统在原发性闭角型青光眼Nd:YAG激光周边虹膜切开术治疗中的临床应用价值.方法 62例(105只眼)原发性闭角型青光眼患者,在接受Nd:YAG激光周边虹膜切开术术前及术后1周、1月、1年,应用Pentacam三维眼前节分析系统测定患者中央前房深度、前房容积、最小前房角开放度数等前房参数,观察并分析术前、术后前房参数变化.结果 62例(105只眼)行激光周边虹膜切开术,术后中央前房深度与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后前房容积与术前比较明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后最小前房角开放度数与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 Pentacam三维眼前节分析系统能够清晰地显示激光治疗前后眼前节结构变化,可以定性和定量反映激光周边虹膜切开术治疗前后前房参数的变化,对及早发现闭角型青光眼的潜在危险具有一定的意义.
