为了保证聚丙烯产品的良好加工性能和质量,必须要严格控制聚丙烯的熔融指数,使其波动范围在各种牌号要求的允许值内。通过讨论聚丙烯熔融指数的影响因素,利用实验手段,分析了氢气对聚丙烯熔融指数的影响、原料对聚丙烯熔融指数的影响以及催化剂对聚丙烯熔融指数的影响。结果表明:聚合反应时氢气量的大小以及催化剂特性,对聚丙烯熔融指数的影响最大。%Influence factors on polypropylene melt index are analyzed including the influence of hydrogen on the pol-ypropylene melt index;impact polypropylene melt index of raw materials and the impact of the melt index polypro-pylene catalysts. The results show that:the amount of hydrogen in the polymerization and characteristics of the cat-alyst has the biggest impact on polypropylene melt index.
