手动紧急制动辅助控制系统的设计

         

摘要

针对在紧急情况下本应踩制动踏板但因紧张而误踩油门的问题,分析了误踩油门的原因,汽车制动时车轮的受力,汽车制动时车轮的运行情况,以及制动的影响因素,引入了ABS防抱死制动系统的控制过程。因ABS 制动系统工作条件的局限性,提出了紧急手制动辅助系统的设计,在设计中考虑了安装紧急制动辅助控制系统的操作方便性、经济性和安全性。车辆安装了流系统以后,当遇到紧急情况时,用手扳动开关即可对汽车进行与脚踩制动踏板相同的制动,从而减少一些误踩油门的交通事故。%In case of an emergency,the foot brake pedal would be mistakenly stepped on the accelerator problem;this paper analyzed the reason of mistake on the accelerator,the stress of automobile brake wheel,the wheel running when braking and braking effect factors.Also because of the limitations of the ABS braking system and working conditions, this paper tries to put forward the design of the emergency hand brake assist system,and in the design of operation convenience,economy and safety,vehicle installation manual emergency brake assist control system is designed in this paper,when facing an emergency,the brake and foot brake pedal on the vehicle can be handled flipping a switch,thereby reducing the number of traffic accidents.
