以文化资源研究与开发为背景，深入分析丝绸之路的文化资源优势，阐述发掘丝绸之路文化优势举措，详细论述丝路文化对动漫艺术创作及动漫产业化发展的有效推动作用，在整编文化资源、彰显文化特色、发挥技术实力以提高动漫艺术创作的同时，通过积极挖掘民族文化元素，提高衍生产品的开发能力，并打造“大动漫”文化传播平台，促进动漫创意文化产业发展。%Under the background of studying and developing cultural resources,the analysis of the advantages of the silk road culture resources and the measures on how to develop that culture,is made and then worked on discussion on ways to promoting the animation art creation and the de-velopment of animation industry effectively.That is,the creation ability of animation art would be improved though integrating the culture resources,showing the features of culture and playing a technical strength.Meanwhile,the animation creative cultural industry could be promoted by im-proving the ability of derivative product development and creating the cultural transmission plat-form.
