圆管管翅式换热器耦合传热数值方法研究

         

摘要

In order to investigate the characteristics of heat transfer and fluid flow of a circular tube bank fin heat exchanger,the all-coupling numerical method and no-coupling numerical method are adopted to simulate 3-D model of a circular tube bank fin heat exchanger.The numerical results of heat transfer coefficient obtained by these two algorithms are compared with the experimental results.The simulation based on all-coupling numerical method is validated by the experiment data in literature.The influence of fin spacing on heat transfer performance of the circular tube bank fin heat exchanger is also discussed.The results show that the discrepancy between numerical data obtained by no-coupling method and experimental data is small with low air flow velocity,and the error between numerical results using all-coupling method and experiment results is within 2% when the inlet air flow velocity is higher than 5 m/s.These results provide some constructive instructions on design for tube bank fin heat exchanger by using numerical simulation.%为了研究圆管管翅式换热器流动与传热特性,采用分区求解、边界耦合的方法对圆管管翅式换热器进行三维数值模拟,通过模型实验值对比验证了肋侧流动通道对流换热系数h的数值解,研究了翅片间距对换热器传热性能的影响.研究结果表明:当空气进口速度uin较小时,非耦合分析的数值解与实验值更为接近;当空气进口速度uin大于5 m/s的时候,耦合方法得到的数值解与实验值之间的误差小于2%,所得结论为数值设计管翅式换热器提供一定的参考.
