New compounds of the type of l-(2-naphthyloxyacetyl)-4-substituted aromatic heterocyclic semi-carbazides were synthesized by a series of reactions of preparing organic isocyanates by Curtius rearrangement with 2-naphthaline aryloxyacetic acid hydrazide using one-pot procedure. This method has the advantages of easy handling, high yields, easy preparation and mild reaction conditions. The structure of compounds was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR.%以芳杂环取代酸为原料,用Curtius重排的方法合成异氰酸酯,直接与2-萘氧乙酰肼作用,一锅法合成了4种1-(2-萘氧乙酰基)-4-取代芳杂环氨基脲类化合物.该方法具有原料易得、操作简便、无需分离中间体等优点.目标产物的结构经元素分析、IR及1H NMR得到了确证.
