The Purpose of this paper is to study the convergence problem of Ishikawa and Mann iterative processes for a strongly pseudo- contractive mapping T without the Lipschitz condition by using a new approximation method.The results presented in this paper improve and extend the corresponding result of [1, 3 - 6, 11 - 12, 13 - 14] in more general setting.%应用新的逼近方法去研究在ISHIKAWA和MANN迭代过程下非LIPSCHITZ的强伪压缩映射的收敛性定理.在更一般的假设下,这些定理改进和推广了近期的一些研究结果(见参考文献[1],[3～6],[11～12],[14]).
