门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗乙肝的临床疗效比较

摘要

To evaluate the clinical curative effect of different doses with ornithine aspartate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,50 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(5.0 g of ornithine aspartate)and control group (7.5 g of ornithine as-partate)to observe the liver function indexes of the two groups after 28 days treatment.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment group is 95.8%and 92.3%in the control group without statistically significant differences (P>0.05 ).It also shows that the two doses of Ornithine aspartate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B clinical effect is similar,so increasing doses in clinical treat-ment is not advocated.%为探究不同剂量的门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效，将50例入选病人随机分为两组，治疗组（门冬氨酸鸟氨酸5.0 g）和对照组（门冬氨酸鸟氨酸7.5 g），治疗28 d后，观察两组病人肝功能指标．结果显示，治疗组总有效率为95.8％，对照组总有效率为92.3％，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），表明两种剂量的门冬氨酸鸟氨酸对治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果相近，因此，不提倡临床加大剂量使用．
