二维应变超声心动图对评价2型糖尿病患者左心室纵向收缩功能的作用

摘要

Objective To assess left ventricular systolic function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) by 2-dimensional strain (2DSE). Methods There were 25 cases with T2DM in the patients group,while 29 healthy subjects in the control group. The 2-dimensional loop-cine were obtained in apical 4-chamber view, apical 2-chamber view and long axis of left ventricle view. Eighteen segments of LV longitudinal peak systolic strain were measured by automated functional imaging (AFl) software of 2DSE. LV ejection fraction (EF) of each view was calculated by Simpson's method. Result The peak of systolic longitudinal strain in T2DM group was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion 2DSE can evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with T2DM.%目的 应用二维应变超声心动图(2DSE)技术评价2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的左心室收缩功能.方法 分别采集25例T2DM患者与29例正常对照者心尖左室长轴、心尖四腔和心尖二腔观的二维灰阶动态图像,应用自动功能成像软件自动测量长轴方向左室18节段收缩应变;同时采用二维Simpson法分别测量三个切面的左室射血分数(EF).结果 T2DM患者左心室收缩期纵向峰值应变低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 2DSE技术能够无创性评价T2DM患者早期左心室收缩功能变化.
