METHOD FOR CORRECTING DISORDERED PROFIBROGENIC PROCESSES IN MYOCARDIUM OF LEFT VENTRICLE OF HEART IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTONIC DISEASE AND DIABETES MELLITUS TYPE 2

A method for correcting the disordered profibrogenic processes in the myocardium of the left ventricle of heart in the patients with the hypertonic disease and diabetes mellitus type 2 provides for the assessment of the following parameters of the diastolic function of the left ventricle: the parameters of transmitral blood flow with the calculation of E/A ratio wherein E is blood flow rate at the stage of early diastolic filling, A is blood flow rate at the stage of late diastolic filling. When E/A ratio is less than 1 and TGF-1 content is twice of the standard value, the highly selective beta0adrenoblocker possessing NO activity is administered in addition to IAPF or APAII at the therapeutically effective and safe dose for 12 months.
