近年来,全国成人学历教育生源呈现逐渐萎缩的趋势,其生存与发展受到了严峻的挑战.如何在困境中实现科学发展,是当今高校成人教育面临的一大课题.从办学规模、学历结构、民族成份情况、学员特点及专业结构等角度,分析了我院成人教育的现状,指出存在的问题,并结合实际提出了实现我院成人教育可持续发展的对策.%Adult students of academic education from all over country showed the trend of shrinking gradually in recent years,the fact that the development and survival of adult academic education has been a severe challenge.How to realize the scientific development in times of hardship has become a large subject for current adult education of college.In this paper,the development of adult education of our college in the past decade as an example,the school size,academic structure,ethnic composition of the situation,characteristics and professional structure of students will be analysised the current situation and characteristics of academic education in this paper;it also be analysised the non academic current education on the basis of learning from adult academic education at the same time,the main problems of adult education will be found in this paper,the sustainable development strategies of adult education are proposed according to the actual conditions of our college.
